Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- **Express Shipping:** for domestic orders. Estimated delivery time 2-3 days. Cost 6,5 euros (+0,50euro per extra item)
- **Standard Shipping:** for orders within Europe. Estimated delivery time 7-14 days - Cost 15 euros(+1 euro per extra item)
- **Standard Shipping:** for orders in USA. Estimated delivery time 15-20 days. Cost 25euros (+1euro per extra item)
For orders within Europe and USA we use first priority registered mail through Hellenic Post , which is safe, traceable and takes 7 – 14 working days to deliver.
You will receive your order from your National Post Carrier.
Online tracking services are not available from all National Post Carriers.
We cannot guarantee that your parcel will be tracked online after leaving Greece, that depends from the services provided from your National Post Carrier.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Greece, Europe and USA. If your location is not listed, please contact us at aspiotieva.jlr@gmail.com to inquire about possible shipping arrangements.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply based on the destination country's regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. However, if you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at aspiotieva@gmail.com.
